Aria uses state-of-the-art AI models, trained on extensive psychological research and moderated by clinicians. Aria leverages evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and draws on real-life therapy interactions. Aria offers 24/7, fully anonymous and multilingual support, giving staff immediate access to wellbeing guidance, therapeutic conversation, and self-help tools.
Completely confidential
Aria offers a fully secure and totally confidential interaction to help users understand and navigates every day mental health challenges such as stress, depression and anxiety. The only place your transcript data is stored alongside any personally identifiable information (PII) is on your own device.

Aria also knows when and how to suggest that you connect with one of our GPs, Concierge team or one of your customised pathways. Aria will talk you through each step, produce referral letters and facilitate appointment booking.
