Instead, Aria is a digital self-help tool that:
Uses CBT-based ideas and coping strategies
Helps you reflect on your thoughts, feelings and behaviours
Can signpost and encourage you to contact human services (for example, Health Assured or local NHS services) when that would be more appropriate than continuing with the app alone
Any diagnosis, change in medication, or major treatment decision should always be made by a qualified health professional.

How is Aria different from generic AI chatbots?

Is Aria safe to use?

Will Aria replace therapists, counsellors or other mental health staff?

Who can see what I say to Aria?

Aria is designed to be confidential and secure. The only place your conversation transcript is stored alongside any personally identifiable information (like your name or email) is on your own device.
That means:
Your employer does not see your individual conversations
Line managers and HR do not have access to your chat history
